After having worked in the operating room for over 15 years, Fred discovered a better way to help people that are having pain. He read about a man named Dr Khan that developed a system for healing people with light. He discovered that this powerful technology could be used to heal people with non-invasive technology. Dr Khan was able to save limbs from amputation, to regenerate cartilage in arthritic knees, and relieve pain in a wide variety of conditions. Inspired by this knowledge, Fred pursued this technology and has found it beneficial for many people in the White Mountain community.

I’m Jennifer Johnson and I am passionate about good mental health. I have struggled with depression my whole life, which revolved around prescriptions and barely managing daily living. Once I discovered the power of brain training (also referred to as neurofeedback), I knew there was a better way to manage my mental health.
